Who designed Twefex toys?

Twefex is a US brand. Our toys are designed by our child development experts and moms in the US to help our children develop their skills at each stage.

Where are Twefex toys made?

Our toys are designed in the US and manufactured with the suppliers in Asia adhering to the highest safety and sustainability standards in the toy industry. We are proud to partner with a manufacturer that is one of the highest-quality and largest producers of in the world. This facility where we manufacture, assemble, and check the quality of our products echoes our core values: ecologically sustainable; safety always comes first. We do a final inspection at our U.S. warehouse before shipment to our customers.

Are Twefex toys safe for my baby?

All Twefex toys are tested by 3rd-party, independently accredited testing laboratories, considered to be the best scientific laboratories in the world. All our toys exceed ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials) standards for safety. 

Twefex uses only water-based nontoxic paints and lacquers in the production of our toys,
they do not contain any heavy metals (lead) or other harmful chemicals. None of the toys contain any of the chemicals listed in Proposition 65.

Formaldehyde is not added to any of the glues used in the manufacturing process
and we meet or exceed the requirements of California Phase 2 & EPA TSCA Title VI compliance for formaldehyde.

Twefex toys do not contain BPA or Phthalates.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

How do I track my order?

After you submit your order, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. If you need further assistance, please contact us at customercare@twefex.com.

You can also login to your account and click the order number you would like to track. And you will find the tracking numbers beside each item. Just click the tracking numbers, and it will bring you to the tracking detail link.

When will my order ship?

When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once the order is packed and ready for shipment (1-2 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Can I ship outside the continental US?

We only ship within the Continental United States.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days.

We offer free standard shipping in the contiguous U.S. states.

We currently don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can visit our Returns Center to submit a return request. We charge $6.99 for the return shipping fee. 

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives with visible damage to the box, you can submit a return request at our Returns Center with the right reason. We will issue a full refund after receiving the damaged item.
